Opera torta so orevi recept.//Opera cake with walnuts recipe

Potrebni sostojki za 2 kore :
Ovaa kolichina e za eden pandispan,a treba dva puta da se povtori.
  • 4 jajca
  • 10 lazici supeni secer
  • 100g sitno seckani orevi ili bademi
  • 25g zejtin ili puter ( jas koristev zejtin)
  • 3 lazici brasno
Za fil: so puter i nes kafe:

  • 150g secer
  • 100ml voda
  • 2 jajca
  • 250g puter ( ili margarin )
  • 1 lazica nes kafe
Ganase so cokolada:
  • 200g crna cokolada
  • 150ml slatka pavlaka
  • 1 lazica nes kafe
Sirup so kafe:
  • 150ml kristal  secer
  • 200ml ladna voda
  • 1 lazica nes kafe
Glazura za prelivanje na torta:

  • 100g crno cokolado
  • 100 ml slatka pavlaka
Podgotovka: Za kore se matat belki so secer a potoa se dodavat i zoltki,se dodava i brasno ,zejtin,i seckani orevi.Se pece pandispan 15 min na 180C. Treba  dve kori i gi seceme na polovina da dobijete 4 kori.

Za podgotovka na nes  fil so nes i puter:
- varime secer i voda vo gust sirup 7 min.a jajca gi matime vo gusta smesa i postepeno se dodava gusti sirup mesajci dodeka ne pobeli masata i bide ladna.
Potoa se dodava parce po parce puter ili margarin jas koristev od pomeki margarini.A posle matime dodeka masata ne se udvostruchi ili od moe lichno iskustvo treba da se soednat sostojki.A posle se dodava i lazica nes kafe rastopeno so malku voda.

Ganase (cokoladen krem): Slatka pavlaka ja stavate na shporet na tivko so nes kafe da zovrie i dodavame cokolada mesame ubavo da se izednaci i trgame da se izladi.

Za sirup varime nekolku minuti secer ,voda i nes kafe.i so ovoj sirup gi prskame korite.
Za preliv na torta isto taka mesame slatka pavlaka so cokolada mesajci i ubavo ja ladime smesa.
 I so ovaa smesa ja prelevame tortata odozgor.
Filuvame taka sto ja stavame prvata kora,prskame so sirup.
Ppremackuvame so del od  ganase krema,( ovaa e moja kombinacija ),stavame del od fil so puter i nes.
Pak stavame kora  prskame so sirup ,i pak fil od ganase ,fil od puter.
Se dodeka ne se potrosi siot materijal.ja premackuvame celata torta i prelevame so glazura od cokolada i tradicija bilo da se napishe imeto na torta odozgora Opera.
Inaku po originalen recept beliot fil so puter se stava polovina na prv pandishpan a vo sredina odi fil so cokolada (ganase)i na 3 kora pak fil so puter .

Ovoj recept go najdov vo edno moe spisanie, poodamna e kupeno,no jas ja napraviv na moj nacin so toa sto namesto bademi staviv orevi .
 Filot go zadrzav originalno i dobiv eden prekrasen vkus .A isto i namesto 2 kori ,jas eden napraviv 1-kora i ja presekov na 3 dela.
Site sme oduseveni so vkusot oti sme ljubiteli doma na slatki.A i nasite gosti uzivaa vo tortata.

Opera cake with walnuts recipe
Ingredients:
Whisk 2 times this rate.
-4 eggs
-10 tbsp tablespoons sugar
-100g finely chopped walnuts or almonds
-25g oil or butter (I used oil)
-3 tablespoons flour
For filling with butter and nes coffee:

-150g sugar
-100ml water
-2 eggs
-250g butter (or margarine)
-1 teaspoon nes coffee
For the ganache chocolate:

-200g black chocolada
-150ml cream
-1 teaspoon nes coffee
Syrup of coffee:
-150 ml sugar
-200ml water
-1 teaspoon nes coffee
Glaze for topping on the cake:

-100g dark chocolate
-100 ml of cream
Preparation:
Crust whisk egg with sugar and then add egg yolk, add flour, oil, and chopped walnuts.Bake skin at 180C for about 15 minutes.
Thus whisk and another sheet and then cut in half to get 4 crust.
To prepare the filling, the nes and butter ... cook sugar and water in heavy syrup, 7 min.
A whisk eggs in a dense mixture, gradually adding, heavy syrup, stirring until it turns white, and the mixture is cold.
Then add a little piece of butter or margarine, I used the softer the margarine.
And then whisk until the mixture double.See how I'm doing it from personal experience should equalize ingredients.I add a tablespoon mixture nes coffee with a little water.
Ganas-chocolate cream: Put cream on the plate on a quiet fire with the nes coffee to boil and add the chocolate, stir well to equalize ingredients.i leave to cool.
For the syrup, boil sugar and water for a few minutes, and nes coffee with this spray bark.
For overflow also cook cream with chocolate, unify good ingredients, and pour over cake mixtures cool.
Filleting:
Place the first layer on a tray, sprinkle crust with syrup and coated with ganache cream crust. (This is my combination) Put the part filling with butter and put nes.Again crust, spray the syrup, and again ganache, cream the butter until ingredients.Coating can not spend the whole cake, and pour the icing on the cake cocolate.I should put an inscription Opera cake.
Otherwise, according to the original recipe white filling with butter, put half of the first layer, and in the middle of the Ganas kreme.i 3 crust coating the filling butter.
This I found a recipe in my book one of the older, but I was little changed and instead of almonds I put orahe.Torta is demanding cake.
Fil I kept the original and received a yummy crust instead of 2 fil.I I mutila 1 and cut it into 3 parts.
They all praised the cake because we all love cakes and our guests enjoyed the taste nes coffee.
