Piperki przeni polneti so urda. //Fried peppers stuffed with curd.




Za ovoj vkusen i lesen prilog za peceno meso ce vi bide potrebno:
10 svezi piperki pomesnati...ili povece ako vi e malku zgolemete si ja kolicinata.
200g kravlja urda
1-2 jajca
malku pecivo
1 lazica  brasno
maslo za przenje
sol po vkus
Podgotovka: piperki  izmijte gi odstranete im gi drskite, vadime seme, i polnite so fil.
Za fil mesame urda posoluvame dodavame jajce mesame ubavo,se dodava i pecivo a gi przete gi piperkite vo maslo na umerena temperatura.Gi prevrtuvame od dvete strani po 5 min.za 10 min se isprzeni,a povkusni se i peceni vo rerna.
Posluzete kako prilog na meso i dopolnete so svezi crveni domati.
Edna brza i vkusna kombinacija,koja e odlicna i za vegetarijanci.

Fried peppers stuffed with curd.


For this delicious and easy meal and a contribution to roast meat, you will need:
10 fresh peppers ..or more of them if you increase the amount slightly.
200g cow urde
1-2 eggs
little baking powder
1 tablespoon flour
Oil for frying
salt to taste
Preparation:
  Wash peppers, remove handle, remove the seeds and charge filling.
Filling curd stir, season with salt, add egg, mix well, then add the baking powder.
And fry peppers on the oil in moderate temperature.Turn the peppers from both sides, in order to bake, and after 5 minutes for 10 minutes, will be broiled and taste better are baked in the oven.
Serve them as a side dish meat and top with fresh red tomato.
A delicious combination of dishes for vegetarians.
